Gourmade by Chef Rob Lau's Healthy Food Delivery.

Every diet starts tomorrow.

What started as an inside joke between my family and friends became the tag line of this blog because I'd always try to lessen my eating but end up pigging out and declaring after that I'll start tomorrow.  I know I'm not alone in this dilemma and we all know that "tomorrow" never comes :D

To be honest, I cannot diet for the life of me because my EQ is low when it comes to food.  When I want something, I need to eat it. But then after seeing the yoyo effect of fad diets on other people, I realized that starving yourself doesn't really work.  What is needed is a change in lifestyle and eating right. And since the hardest part in all of this is starting, you can try Gourmade by Chef Rob Lau's food delivery so you won't be hassled with figuring out your menu and preparing the dishes.

There are two kinds of menus: Skinny Down and Pescatarian.   Skinny Down is for those who want to lose weight by eating portion controlled meals.  Pescatarian works the same way too but it's for those who prefer only fish and vegetables.   Each  meal plan is for 5 days which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks per day.

I've tried both Skinny Down and Pescatarian and I want to show you how yummy the dishes are because the usual feedback I hear from those who've tried other diet food delivery services is that the food is not that good or does not have any flavor.

They all look yummy right?  Plus, you'll even have dessert!  I did this right after I got back from Boracay and despite eating all day every day during the trip, people told me that I lost weight.  I guess I owe it to Chef Rob Lau because I haven't worked out since completing the Nike Women Half Marathon last May.

At the start, some of you might feel like you're hungry or it's kulang.  T's sister Michelle could go a whole day without eating but when she went on this meal plan, she was hungry all the time.  We talked about it and came up with the conclusion that it's either 1) a psychological thing knowing that this is all she could eat during the day or 2) her metabolism is on track again (which is good!) hence the frequent hunger pangs.

In any case, you can always eat more but at least you know what your  calorie count is for the day.  By going on this meal plan, it's easier to compute because you already have your base (1,200 calories up to 2,000 calories) then just add as you eat more food later in the day.

Here are the menus for next week August 1 to 5.  You can reserve your slot now by calling or sending a text or Viber message to (0915) 249-8484 or emailing gourmadebychefroblau@gmail.com.
