One morning, on the way to work, T told me that we should list places we want to go to and make a day out of it.
"It doesn't have to be expensive or new," he said, "just something we both are interested in seeing or trying."
To be honest, I was pretty surprised to hear this from T. Not that he doesn't like doing this but it's just that I'm usually the one with a list of places I want to go to. I guess he noticed that I have been feeling 'blah' for quite a while now. I had a break from that feeling when I went to Hong Kong in June and the US in July but it came back with a vengeance late last year.
Unfortunately, it has even affected my blogging. Like I always say, my blog is my diary. I write about the things that interest me and about the stuff I love doing. But the last few months, my posts have been sporadic and... different.
I think T noticed this as well and that's why he told me to make that list. I thought we would start it next week but before I went down the car, T told me that he would take me somewhere after work. That actually made my day and I couldn't wait until dinnertime.
When T picked me up later that day, I didn't ask where we were going because I wanted it to be a surprise. T drove to Makati until we stopped at this place called Sweet Ecstasy or more commonly known as Sweet X Manila.
