Antonio's Tagaytay.

For two weekends in a row, T and I were at Antonio's in Tagaytay to celebrate two wonderful ceremonies. The first one was the Precilla-Dy Nuptials and the second one was the Mago-Guanio Renewal of Vows & Scarlet Mago's Dedication.

Precilla-Dy Nuptials

RJ Prescilla and Fleur Dy had their wedding at the beautiful San Antonio de Padua Church in Silang, Cavite.

After the wedding ceremony, we all went to Antonio's.  It was an afternoon wedding so cocktails were served beside Breakfast at Antonio's.

We spent the hour just taking photos until we were called to the main dining area.

The main dining area is divided into two floors.

We were seated at the second floor. I liked how the blue chandelier contrasted over the pink lighting.

Our menu for this evening.  To start off, we had Antonio's Organic Mesclun Salad with bleu d'auvergne crumbled, glazed walnuts, dried currants and cranberries and raspberry vinaigrette, drizzled with basil oil.

Next, they served us Oven Roasted Tomato and Capsicum Bisque.

For our first main, we were served Panfried Pancetta Wrapped Chilean Sea Bass on saffron spatzle, kaffir tomato coullis.  I loved this dish!

Then we were given Lemolime Sorbet to cleanse our palate.

For our second main course, we had the Grilled Beef Fillet gratinated with cepes - morel, mashed potato. T and I really liked this.

For dessert, they served Tartufo Nero Drizzled with Grand Marnier.  I was definitely off my low-carb, sugar-free diet today!

It was a lovely evening.  People were chatting, drinking and just catching up.

Guanio-Mago Renewal of Vows/Scarlet's Dedication

The next weekend, we were at Antonio's again for Steeve Mago and Pia Guanio's renewal of vows and their daughter Scarlet's dedication.

T had to work on something that day so we were a bit late. But luckily, we arrived just in time for the vows.  From the vows to the dedication, the ceremony was beautiful.  I got teary-eyed especially when they were walking baby Scarlet along the aisle.

It was almost the same menu as RJ and Fleur's wedding.  But who's complaining?  Delicious food twice in a row!  T and I did not mind at all :)

The Panfried Pancetta Wrapped Chilean Sea Bass on Spatzle and I meet again. This is so good! This time, I even asked for T's share!

Last weekend, we had lemolime sorbet. This time, they served us Mandarin Orange Sorbet.

Again, the Grilled Beef Fillet gratinated with cepes - morel and mashed potato was a winner!  The boys even asked for seconds!

The dessert served was also different.  This time we had Flourless Chocolate Cake, which unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a photo of. Instead, here's a snapshot of the happy couple, Steeve and Pia cutting their cake.

Love is really in the air.  Hurray for newly-engaged Berry Tenchavez and Jack Stehmeier!

After dinner, we just took more photos and danced the night away. The band was great!
