Borgo Cafe.

When it rains, the best thing to do is to eat, eat, eat! I've been craving steak recently so T suggested a good steak place in BF Homes that we haven't tried --- Borgo.

The sign outside says it all, Steak All-You-Can!

Borgo is a good place to go to for late dinners because they're open until 11pm.

Their servers are very attentive. Even before we entered Borgo, they were already there greeting us a good evening, opening the door for us, and leading us to our table.

Check out their chalkboards for daily specials and offers.

Borgo also serves alcohol, so you can have a beer or two after eating.

The owner Ryan Mendoza was also there and so we asked why he called his restaurant Borgo. Ryan said Borgo is Italian for "village".

Our server first gave us bread while waiting for our food.

T and I didn't do the eat-all-you-can steak promo because we wanted to try their dishes. T got Quattro (P195/$5) which has four types of mushrooms in Truffle paste bechamel. T loved it! It was so good. This dish can be shared by 2 people.

I got the Angus Salpicado (P250/$7) which is US Angus, garlic, mushrooms and roasted peppers over drippings and fried rice. The meat was so soft and juicy and the serving size was huge!

Thumbs Up!
Good food
Big servings
Reasonable prices
Attentive servers

Thumbs Down!
Nothing really

Will be back soon. Definitely value for our money!
