"Since we opened the world's first cupcake bakery in Beverly Hills, our freshly baked treats have inspired long lines of devoted Hollywood stars and serious epicureans alike."
It was already late in the afternoon so there already were lots of people in line! Speedy, who was my companion during the long plane ride, and I waited outside while my sister got us those yummy treats.
Finally, after 20 minutes, we got our cupcakes. We ordered 16 assorted cupcakes --- lemon, cinnamon, and of course, red velvet!
"Sprinkles cupcakes are handcrafted from the finest ingredients, including sweet cream butter, bittersweet belgian chocolate, pure madagascar bourbon vanilla, fresh banana and carrots, real strawberries and natural citrus zests."
I couldn't wait to get home to eat my red velvet cupcake. A little warning though, this treat is not for the faint of heart. The red velvet cupcake has 497 calories! But those $3.50 calorie-laden cupcakes are soooo worth it!
"Topped with Sprinkles trademark modern dots, rich chocolate sprinkles from France or seasonal sugar decorations, Sprinkles Cupcakes are a deliciously sophisticated update on an American classic."
On another note, my sister finally got to me give her long overdue Christmas gift! I usually don't like posting my purchases at the risk of sounding like a braggart but I guess this could be an exception since it's a gift. It's a Sak's exclusive, too! Thank you :)
